Within the many lessons that 2020 has brought us, is how much life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes.

We stand in empathy with the hardships this year has brought, taking the world’s current situation to inform all of our decisions. Yet we aim to turn crisis into opportunity. An opportunity to create a more mindful & harmonious future, reconnect, and rebuild.

To actively adjust and respond to change, while cultivating a safe space for growth and enjoyment is vital to the Azul Community.

We respect your boundaries. We want to give you choice and agency. We have introduced the corresponding protocol amidst the COVID-19 pandemic so that you can feel safe and grounded. Our 21 units and villas all have private entrances and plenty of space, ideal to give you the choice.

In these moments of COVID-19 our mission is to take all the corresponding measures to minimize the risk for our guests, clients and collaborators, that is why, following the instructions of our government, we want to inform you of the following:

Our Food & Beverage service is available from 7am to 9pm at Blue 47 & Seaside restaurants and Room Service. You can see the available menus by clicking HERE

To avoid entering your room, cleaning will be done only at your request from 8am to 4pm, if you want additional amenities or special cleaning please contact us.

As a control and prevention measure we will be taking the body temperature of each visitor to our hotel, we appreciate your understanding and collaboration.

We have antibacterial gel in all areas of the hotel and we have reinforced all our cleaning and hygiene protocols in rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and areas public through the IHG Clean Promise program.

We constantly monitor the health of our employees and in case of any illness is referred to the corresponding health entities.

We appreciate you inform us immediately in case of presenting any symptoms such as: runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever or difficulty breathing in order to assist you in the best way.

According to local regulations, the law requires the use of a mask and distancing social at all times, we appreciate your cooperation.
